Book Delights‘ Book Review Policy

If you would like to request a review, please do not hesitate to contact me at blog.kellie@gmail.com. Before you send me a request, please read all of the information on this page.

• I accept: print ARCs, finished copies, and e-books (.mobi and .epub formats only).
• I do not accept: audiobooks and interactive media books.

General Information

• I am happy to accept books for review on Book Delights, but my acceptance does not guarantee a review. 
• I do not participate in blog tours.
• All of my reviews will also be posted on Goodreads.
• I prefer to receive books 3-4 months prior to when you would like the book review to be published. 
• Please bear in mind that I am still a student, and that I do have exams and projects that may disrupt my busy schedule. It is possible that I will not be able to publish a review on the date you requested. If this happens to be the case, I will contact you beforehand. 
• My reviews do not include expletives.
• If I don’t respond to your request in a week, it means that my schedule is too hectic and that I will be unable to accept your request. Sorry about that!

Review Structure

My requested book reviews will include the following:

• Link to Goodreads
• Purchase links to Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
• The book cover
• My review of the book (here is an example)
• A star rating (here is a guide to my book rating system)
• Book stats: Title, author, page count
• Blurb (synopsis of the book)

My book reviews can include the following:

• Purchase link to other sites
• Book stats: Publishing company, release date…
• Author Biography
• The book trailer

In your request, please include the following:

• Subject Line
  • Book title
  • Genre
• Content
  • Word count/ page count
  • Synopsis of the book (Blurb)
  • Date Published/ release date
